Refund & Exchange Policy

We do *not provide refunds* for any orders. If a product is found to be defective, it will only be eligible for *replacement*.

4. Proof of Defect*
Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the defective product at the time of raising the replacement request.

5. Return Shipping*
If the product is confirmed to be defective, the customer will need to *send the product back to the seller’s return address* for inspection and replacement processing.

6. Condition for Replacement*
The product must be returned in its *original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories* intact.

7. Replacement Processing*
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement product will be shipped to the customer.

8. Non-Eligible Cases*
Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

Product returned after 3 days of delivery
Product used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Missing original packaging or tags
